How to Manage New Campaigns in Shirofune
Introduction
Many advertisers wonder what happens when a new campaign is created in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok. Will the campaign automatically integrate into Shirofune for budget optimization? The answer depends on how budgets are set up. This article explains how to manage new campaigns in Shirofune and ensure they are correctly assigned to budget groups.
When Do Campaigns Automatically Enter Shirofune?
- If budgets are set at the business total or platform account level, campaigns are automatically included in Shirofune’s budget bidding and bid modification algorithm.
- If budgets are set at the budget group level, campaigns will not automatically be added. In this case, manual configuration is needed.
Steps to Add a New Campaign to Shirofune
1. Sync Your Campaigns
- After publishing a campaign, navigate to the budget settings section.
- Locate the sync button and click it.
- This will synchronize your accounts and bring in any campaigns that haven’t been added yet.
2. Filter and Manage Campaigns
- Click Edit in the campaign status section.
- Select only enabled campaigns to ensure inactive ones are not included.
- Under Budget Group, apply the "Not Managed" filter.
- This will display all active campaigns that are not yet assigned to a budget group.
3. Assign Campaigns to a Budget Group
- If campaigns are not assigned to a budget group, select the relevant campaigns.
- Assign them to the appropriate Budget Group for structured management.
4. Finalizing the Process
- Once assignments are complete, Shirofune will sync the changes with your ad accounts.
- The process is quick and seamless, ensuring campaigns are optimized effectively.
