Overview
With the release of Apple's iOS 14, some actions are required on both the Facebook side and the Shirofune side.
If you have not yet taken these actions, please check.
Check the Resource Center
First, please check the contents of the Resource Center available from Facebook Ads Manager.
You can check the necessary tasks here.
If the actions are not completed, some warnings should be displayed.
Tasks on the Facebook Side
The necessary tasks are as follows.
- Domain Verification
- Setting Up Aggregated Event Measurement
For the specific content of the tasks, please check the following steps.
Tasks on Facebook: Domain Verification
1. Navigate from Business Manager to "Business Settings" → "Brand Safety" → "Domains"
2. Add the domain of the site to be advertised from "Add"
3. A screen like the following will be displayed, so please verify the domain.
Tasks on Facebook: Setting Up Aggregated Event Measurement
1. Navigate from Business Manager to "Events Manager"
2. Click "Aggregated Event Measurement" → "Configure Web Events"
※If the specific button for aggregated events is not displayed,
please ensure you have admin access rights to the Business Manager account.
3. Click "Verified Domains" → "Manage Events"
4. Check the content of the warning and click "Edit"
5. Click "Add Event"
6. Select the event by choosing a pixel or custom conversion
The event name to be set will be the conversion name selected on the screen for setting the advertising objectives in Shirofune.
