Due to Meta's API specifications, additional permissions may be required to obtain certain types of video materials.

A. Adding permissions in the Meta management screen
For users who have registered an account with Shirofune, both ① the permissions for the page used in the ads and ② the permissions for the business manager need to be linked.

After confirming and adding the above permissions in the Meta management screen, you can re-link in the Shirofune account linking screen, which will update the authentication information and make acquisition possible.
B. Re-registering the account in Shirofune
When linking a Meta account to Shirofune, the response differs depending on the following two types.
Pattern ① "Opt-in for all current and future businesses"
→ Completed by re-registering the account
Pattern ② "Opt-in for current business only"
→ Re-selection of the added business manager or page is required (or change to ①)
After completing the above two responses, please contact support, and we will proceed with the re-acquisition process.
