If you want to switch from credit card to invoice payment after starting use
Please fill in the following information and contact our support.

The following are the notes regarding invoice payment.
・The billing operations for this service are entrusted to "Money Forward Kessai".
・Invoices will be sent from our contractor "Money Forward Kessai" to the specified email address by the 3rd of each month.
・The information you provide will be reviewed by "Money Forward Kessai". No action is required on your part, but please ensure there are no errors or omissions in the information you provide.
・Currently, it is not possible to change the recipient email address within Shirofune, so we recommend sending to a mailing list rather than an individual email address.
・If you wish to change the invoice details (add/change recipient, company relocation, change of contact person, etc.), please contact support.
・The invoice payment cycle is closing at the end of the month and payment by the end of the following month.
・If you need the payment account information before the invoice is issued,please consult us.
