As part of security measures, it is possible to set up two-factor authentication using a phone number.
There are two methods for setting it up.
・Applying two-factor authentication for the entire team
・Applying two-factor authentication individually
Applying two-factor authentication for the entire team
By enabling "Two-Factor Authentication" in the "Team Settings" -> "Security Settings" section at the top right of the screen, two-factor authentication will be enabled for the entire team.
At that time, users within the team will be forcibly redirected to a screen to set up two-factor authentication.
Therefore, if you are setting up two-factor authentication for the entire team, please take measures such as sharing it within the team in advance. Note that this setting can only be configured by users with "Approver" permissions.
Applying two-factor authentication individually
By performing authentication using a phone number from the "Edit" button of "Two-Factor Authentication" in the "Personal Settings" at the top right of the screen, it is possible to set up two-factor authentication.
