1. Enter Account ID
Select Google from the platform account type and enter the Google Ads account ID.

2. Google Account Authentication
When you click the "Connect" button, a popup will display the following Google authentication screen or account selection screen.
Please authenticate with the Google account that manages the Google Ads account ID you entered.
The Google authentication information you enter here will not be stored (or cannot be stored) on our side, so please rest assured.
If the authentication screen does not appear, please refer to this. Also, try using a different browser.
3. Grant Access
If there are no issues with the Google account authentication, the following screen will appear.
If there are no issues, please click the "Allow" button.
(You need to allow this to perform the account diagnosis)
4. Confirm Linked Account
If there are no issues with the account ID you entered, the entered details will be displayed on the screen as shown below.
If there are no issues, please click the "Next" button.
Please note that the following cases will result in an error:
- The account ID does not exist
- The account ID is not linked to the Google authenticated user
- The account ID entered is an MCC ID
5. Completion
The steps to perform the account diagnosis are now complete.
The results of the account diagnosis will be sent to you via email, so please allow some time for this.
