1. Enter Account ID
Select Yahoo from the platform account type and enter the Yahoo Ads account ID.
- The account ID consists of 5 to 11 digits.
- It is different from the "Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID" entered when logging into the ad management tool.
- The account ID differs for each "Search Ads" tab and "Display Ads" tab. Also, if you have registered multiple accounts, each account ID will be different.

2. Link Account ID
When you click the "Link" button, the following Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID authentication screen will appear in a popup.
Please enter the Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID and password information that manages the account ID you entered.
The Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID and password you enter here will not be retained (cannot be retained) by our company, so please rest assured.
If the authentication screen does not appear, please refer to here. Also, please try using a different browser.
3. Account ID Authentication
If there are no issues with authentication using the Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID, the following screen will appear.
If there are no issues, please click the "Approve" button.
(Please note that you cannot perform an account diagnosis without approval)
4. Confirm Linked Account
If there are no issues with the account ID you entered, the entered information will be displayed on the screen as follows.
If there are no issues, please click the "Next" button.
Please note that the following cases will result in an error.
- The account ID's contract status is not active
- The account ID does not exist
- The authenticated Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID is not associated with the account ID
5. Completion
This completes the procedure for performing an account diagnosis. The results of the account diagnosis will be sent to you by email, so we would appreciate your patience.
