You can check the operational status of each promotion from the cockpit, and the types of operational statuses and the situations for each status are as follows.
Depending on the operational status, a brief situation explanation and commentary will be displayed in the operation navigation, so please check the operation navigation for details. If improvements are needed, they will generally be presented as improvement cards, so please also check the improvement opportunities section.

| On Track | The operation is progressing smoothly. |
| Over Budget | The distributed amount has exceeded the monthly budget set in Shirofune, so budget management/automatic bid adjustment has been stopped. |
| Expected Over Budget | Due to the fast distribution pace in campaigns with automatic bidding turned off or campaigns where Shirofune's automatic bidding feature cannot be used*, it is expected that the monthly budget set in Shirofune will be exceeded with adjustments only to the campaigns that are turned on. Therefore, budget management/automatic bid adjustment has also been stopped. |
| Unreachable Budget | The monthly budget set in Shirofune is very high compared to the current setting keywords, making it difficult to reach the set budget. |
| Bid Setting Alert | Due to the very high distribution cost ratio in campaigns with automatic bidding turned off or campaigns where Shirofune's automatic bidding feature cannot be used*, effective bidding cannot be performed. Therefore, budget management/automatic bid adjustment has also been stopped. |
| Bid Change Not Possible | Bid changes cannot be made due to user permission issues with the linked Google Ads account. |
| Platform Setting Alert | Although the status of ad distribution is ON, distribution may be stopped due to the settings (payment status and other settings) in the ad platform management screen. |
