How to integrate with TripleWhale

1. Please select TripleWhale from the advertising effect measurement tool connection screen.

2. The following information is required to connect your TripleWhale account:

• Store name (required)
• API access token (required)
• Any name for the measurement tool (optional)

Below, we explain how to obtain the Store ID and API access token.

3. About the Store ID

After logging into Shopify Admin, click Settings from the menu on the left.

The shop domain displayed on the settings screen is your Store ID.

4. About the API access token

From Apps in the settings menu on the left, click TripleWhale and then Open app.

From Data in the menu on the left, click APIs.

Click Generate API Key.

You may use any name for Description.

For Scopes, please check Summary Page: Read and Pixel Attribution: Read.

You do not need to change anything else.

Finally, click Generate API Key at the bottom right of the screen.

Then, the following screen will pop up.

The string code on this screen will be your API access token.

Click Copy Text to copy it.

5. Return to the Shirofune screen, enter the Store ID and API access token, then click Link.

6. The system will check connectivity via API using the entered information. If there are no issues, the TripleWhale item will be added at the bottom of the screen.

Next, click Save changes and & Return, and then on the following screen click Change to complete connecting your TripleWhale account.
