How to Reset and Re-register an Ad Platform Account

Click Business Settings

Click Edit on the Connected Ad Platform Accounts

Click the platform to re-register

*We will explain using Google advertising as an example

Click the Select Account button to authenticate with the Ad platform account

Enter the Account Identification Name and click the Add Button

Confirm that the Update Icon is displayed on the re-registered account in the list at the bottom of the screen,

and click the Save Changes and Return button.

If there are no issues on the confirmation screen, click Change to complete.
