① Perform a browser super reload

② Try using a different browser
*If super reloading in Chrome does not resolve the issue, please try clearing the cache.
③ Try disabling security software
The security software you have installed (such as Kaspersky) may be causing some issues. Therefore, please try disabling the security software and restarting.
