Overview
When downloading reports in Google Spreadsheet format, you need to enter the ID of the Google Shared Drive where the output will be saved.
Prerequisites: Invite the Service Account to Your Shared Drive
1. Open Google Drive and navigate to the target Shared Drive (or a folder within the Shared Drive)
2. Right-click the Shared Drive name and select "Manage members"
3. Invite the following service account as a "Content manager":
shirofune-report-exporter@shirofune-1356.iam.gserviceaccount.com
4. Click "Send" to complete the invitation
Note: If the permission level is below "Content manager", writing to the spreadsheet will fail.
How to Find Your Shared Drive ID
1. Open the target Shared Drive in Google Drive
2. Check the URL in your browser's address bar:
https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
3. The string at the end of the URL (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) is your Shared Drive ID.
Setup in Shirofune
1. Open the Report Download screen
2. Paste the ID you found into the "Google Shared Drive ID" field
3. Run the download
Important Notes
About creative assets (ad images and videos)
Creative assets are embedded into the spreadsheet directly from Shirofune's system. Individual image files will not be uploaded to your Drive (this is by design to reduce processing time).
About processing time
If the data volume is large, the process will automatically switch to asynchronous processing — the same behavior as with standard Excel reports. You will be notified by email once the report is ready.
