Known issues with image display in Meta display ads

Problem Overview

In some Meta accounts, an issue has been identified where images that should not be set are displayed in the "Meta Display Ads by Numbers" sheet.

Detailed Description

1. Scope of Impact:
   
   • The above issue occurs in EXCEL reports on Shirofune.
2. Cause:
   • When an ad is duplicated on the Meta management screen, the following situations occur:
     • It is displayed normally on the Meta management screen.
     • However, when ad information is retrieved via the system, the image from the original is included.
3. Current Situation:
   • This issue is believed to be caused by the data obtained from Meta.
   • We have requested Meta to investigate the cause and provide a solution, but there has been no progress at this time.

Response Status

• On our system side, it is difficult to address the issue independently as we rely on the data provided by Meta.
• We will continue to collaborate with Meta to work towards resolving the issue.
