Currently, the sender email address for automatic report delivery is as follows:
Email Address: system@shirofune.com
Display Name: ShirofuneSupport
You can change the above email address and display name to any desired value.
[Configuration Method]
1. Contact support with the following information:
・Sender email address
・Display name
・Whether or not to set up DKIM (whether to perform DKIM setup)
2. Perform email address verification
An English email containing the subject "Email Address Verification Request" will be sent from the email delivery system (Amazon Web Service).
The approval process will be completed by accessing the link within the email body.
*DKIM setup is not mandatory.
3. If DKIM setup is required
DNS setup work will be necessary on your side.
We will send you the DNS setup information required for DKIM setup from our support, so please respond accordingly.

- Please ensure that the sender email address is in a state that can receive emails from external sources before contacting us.
- Please note that questions and setup methods regarding DKIM and DNS settings are not supported.
- It may take 2 to 3 business days to complete the setup.
