Yes, it can be set for each campaign.
However, it cannot be set or invalidated for campaigns for which automatic bidding is set for media.
In addition, it is the upper limit for the set value on the media management screen, and the actual CPC bid does not necessarily exceed the upper CPC price because the actual CPC expansion width due to the extended CPC bid is based on the algorithm on the media side. Please note that this is not the case.
