We support invoice payment as a payment method other than credit card.

Before the start of use

Please enter the required information from the "Invoice Payment Application Form" displayed on the credit card registration screen.

If you want to switch from credit card to invoice payment after starting to use

Please contact our support after filling in the following contents.

・ Title (optional)
・ Name of person in charge

・ Invoice sending email address
・ Invoice sending email address (CC)

Please note the following regarding invoice payment.

・ The billing business for this service is outsourced to "Money Forward KESSAI".

・ The invoice will be sent from the contractor "Money Forward KESSAI" to the specified e-mail address by the 3rd of every month.

・ The information you enter will be examined by "Money Forward KESSAI". It is not necessary for the customer to take any action, but please make sure that there are no deficiencies or mistakes in the entered information.

-Currently, it is not possible to change the destination email address within Shirofune, so we recommend sending to the mailing list instead of the individual email address.

・ If you want to change the contents of the invoice (addition / change of invoice, company relocation, change of person in charge, etc.), please contact support.

・ The invoice payment cycle is the end of the month and the end of the following month.
