1. Click on "Shopify" in the Linking Ad Analytics Tool
2. To authorize your account, follow these steps and fill in the required fields:
- Shop name
- Admin API access token
3. How to find the shop name:
・Log in to your Shopify Store.
・The shop name is the first part of your shop URL.
For example:
If your URL is: https://yourshop.myshopify.com, then your shop name is "yourshop."
https://admin.shopify.com/store/yourshop
https://yourshop.myshopify.com/admin
4. How to find the Admin API access token:
In Shopify Admin, navigate to "Apps," and then click on "App and Sales Channel Settings."
Click "Develop apps" in the top right and then click "Create an app".
Provide an "App name" of your choice.
Choose a user of your choice as the "App developer."
Click "Create app"
Click “Configure Admin API scopes”
Make sure that all of the following permissions are enabled:
read_orders
read_customers
Please note that Shirofune only needs read access, you should not check any checkboxes that starts with "write_..."
This is how it looks while selecting permissions. Now click "Save".
Once saved, revisit the configuration page, for example, by clicking the "Configuration" tab. Your permissions should still be displayed as saved.
Now click "Install app" in the top right
In the new dialogue that appears, click "Install"
On the app page, select the "API Credentials" tab, and you can then copy your Admin API access token.
・Admin API access token (This token can only be viewed once, so save it securely for future reference)
・API key (Do not use this for connecting Shiorfune)
・API secret key (Do not use this for connecting Shirofune)
This completes the procedure for obtaining an AdminAPI access token.
3. Return to the Shirofune screen and enter the Shop name and AdminAPI access token, then click "Link".
4. The Shopify API will confirm what you have entered.
If there are no problems, a Shopify item will be added to the bottom of the screen.
Next, click "Save Changes & Return," and then click "Save" on the next screen to complete the Shopify account connection.
