・ If the number of conversions you are checking is a specific conversion point number such as "Purchase" or "Inquiry", it may be caused by a difference from the points set in "Conversion Settings" of Shirofune. .. Please try to review the conversion points displayed in "Conversion Settings".
・ If the target of the divergence is a sheet with many display targets such as the numerical value by keyword, the numerical value by advertisement, and the numerical value by delivery destination of the DL report, it is narrowed down to the top 50 by default, so it is an option at the time of DL. First of all, I would like you to try the "output all" setting.
-If the number of specific conversion indicators is 0 in Shirofune even though the number is counted on the ad media management screen, the "Include in conversion" item on the ad media management screen is OFF. There is a possibility.
In Shirofune, the acquisition of conversion data for which the "Include in conversion" item is not enabled is currently not possible due to a problem with the specifications of the media API.
